Return Policy

Amid health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, we have updated our exchange policy. You have up to 7 days to exchange items purchased. We also offer an In-Store Credit for your purchase amount that is valid for 30 days.

What items are eligible to be exchanged? Items that are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. We will inspect the item. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. In-Store Credit will not be issued.

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.

In the rare instance that an out-of-stock item is not expected to come back in stock, we cancel the order for that item. In this case, we don’t charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges related to it. You may see a temporary authorization on your credit card. However, if your order includes other items, taxes and shipping for that part of your order are still charged.

Your credit or debit card will then be charged at the time we ship your items to you. If your order is sent out in multiple shipments the charges will process as each individual part of the order ships (you will see multiple, smaller amounts charged to your account).

It can typically take three to seven days for the purchase amount to clear your account. Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account; for details please check with your bank.

*Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimming suits and fragrances are non-returnable.
*We strongly advise you to inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Methods of Return

The two Types of Return are Exchange and In-Store Credit.

You are able to exchange your item via the e-shop or In-Store. A return is available up to 7 days from date of delivery.

In-Store Credit
When the return is processed, the buyer will receive In-Store Credit for the total value of the items exchanged. The In-Store Credit can be used toward your next order from within 7 days from return.
In-Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order within 30 days.
It cannot be combined with other In-Store Credits.
It must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the In-Store Credit.

You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive In-Store Credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducting from your refund.
