Return Policy

Amid health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, we have updated our exchange policy. You have up to 7 days to exchange items purchased. We also offer an In-Store Credit for your purchase amount that is valid for 30 days.

What items are eligible to be exchanged? Items that are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. We will inspect the item. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. In-Store Credit will not be issued.

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.

In the rare instance that an out-of-stock item is not expected to come back in stock, we cancel the order for that item. In this case, we don’t charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges related to it. You may see a temporary authorization on your credit card. However, if your order includes other items, taxes and shipping for that part of your order are still charged.

Your credit or debit card will then be charged at the time we ship your items to you. If your order is sent out in multiple shipments the charges will process as each individual part of the order ships (you will see multiple, smaller amounts charged to your account).

It can typically take three to seven days for the purchase amount to clear your account. Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account; for details please check with your bank.

*Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimming suits and fragrances are non-returnable.
*We strongly advise you to inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Methods of Return
The two Types of Return are Exchange and In-Store Credit.

Exchanges
You are able to exchange your item via the e-shop timesstore.gr or In-Store. A return is available up to 7 days from date of delivery.

In-Store Credit
When the return is processed, the buyer will receive In-Store Credit for the total value of the items exchanged. The In-Store Credit can be used toward your next order from timesstore.gr within 7 days from return.
In-Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order within 30 days.
It cannot be combined with other In-Store Credits.
It must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the In-Store Credit.

Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive In-Store Credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducting from your refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship in Greece, Cyprus and worldwide via ACS COURIER and DHL and ELTA (Hellenic post). According to the current international regulations of commerce, there will be an official receipt or invoice inside the parcel, along with the merchandise. The receipt or invoice will carry the total amount of the purchased merchandise in euros. Also the receipt or invoice will show the amount of each item purchased.

Duty Fees:
Applicable only for countries outside the European Union.
We are NOT responsible for any duty fees associated with customs in your country.
We are NOT responsible for any delays or others issues associated with your country’s Customs Offices.
Delivery with DHL Express. DHL could charge you a fee for processing the customs clearance papers. This fee varies per country and is the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local DHL office prior to placing an order in order to verify all applicable fees.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated according to the following table until 2020:

Amid health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, our shipping time varies.
*Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by our courier, by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by Times Store, even in the case that the articles should be exchanged.

Payment methods

1. Credit Card (available very soon!):

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards, as well as Prepaid Cards and Debit cards issued by most banks through Pireaus bank a secure payment system operated by our trusted partner Pireaus that guarantees safety of transactions.

The details of your card are not revealed to timesstore.gr as the transaction takes place between our bank and your bank. Your sensitive card information is kept private by a trustworthy financial institution.

2.Cash on Delivery (C.O.D):

You pay the invoice total when you receive the parcel(s). Cash On Delivery is currently available only for orders shipped in Cyprus and Greece.

3.Bank Deposit:

You can pay through wired transfer, Internet Banking or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). When paying using Bank Deposit please make sure you note your order number.

4.PayPal:
PayPal provides a way to send money to anyone in the world who has an email address.
There is no additional charge for PayPal payments.

PayPal is a simple way to pay online. All you need is an email address to make secure online payments using your debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance.
You can shop knowing that PayPal doesn't share your financial details with retailers and that your money and information stay safe with PayPal's industry leading fraud protection tools.
But, first, you have to register your details (including Credit Card details) with PayPal. As part of this process you decide on a password so that you are the only one who can access your PayPal account.

The advantages for the buyer (you) are:
